CHATBOT COMPONENT
A chatbot component to make the communication between candidates and consultants easier

PROBLEM
A24 Group needs a platform for the consultants to communicate with system admin members if they need assistance. Currently consultants are phoning the system admin members for help, but this is not the most effective way of communication.
OBJECTIVE
I designed a chat bot for staffshift as well as the consultant inbox screens. I used the same concept, just in consultant context. I designed a chatterbox function for consultants to easily and effectively communicate with system admin members while helping candidates at the same time. Consultants no longer have to put candidates on hold just to find solutions to their problems. While designing the chat bot component, I was updating the existing UI.
TEAM
I was the lead on this project as UX designer. I worked collaboratively with a group of developers.
TIMELINE
3 weeks (design).
MEDIA
The entire web application followed the material design guidelines. I design and prototype using Adobe XD and handing over the final file fo to development.
